The Search for Dorset's 'Best Panto Dame' starts!

The Christmas lights are going up, the kids are writing to Father Christmas and lists are being checked! Yes it’s that time of the year again, Christmas is on its way and all over the county, panto stars are perfecting their lines, “Oh yes they are!”

The Sovereign Centre is looking to spread the excitement by launching its search for ‘Dorset’s Best Panto Dame’. The winner will get £2000 for their theatre or charity! Ugly Sisters also welcome!  You don't have to be a 'professional' dame, schools, amateur or community groups are also very welcome! So bring the family to the Centre on Thursday 8^th December 3.30-5.30pm and get ready for an afternoon of fantastic festive fun as the Dames go head-to-head for the title of Dorset’s Best Panto Dame!
