Accessibility
It couldn’t be simpler for people with special requirements to visit us.
The centre is all on one level and main entrances are fitted with automated door opening controls at wheelchair height.
Parking is also convenient, with multiple disabled bays on the ground floor, the same level as the shops, with large, easy to operate lifts to other parking levels.
The bus station is immediately adjacent to the centre and, again, on the same level as all our shops and facilities.
There are no ramps or stairs for you to negotiate anywhere!
Toilets
Our two dedicated, unisex disabled toilets can be found near the bus stop and Penny Lane entrances and are opened with your Radar key. If you’ve forgotten your key, don’t worry, press the button on the wall and a member of our team will be with you shortly to unlock them.
BAT bus
Are you struggling to use public transport to visit the Sovereign Shopping Centre? Sedcat offer BAT Bus service in postcode areas BH1-BH11 inclusive. To become a member, you would need to complete a short application form. Membership costs £10.00 a year and gives access to the other Community Transport services.
